Six Summer Swimming Dos You Should Have Known

But wait – before you jump, take these key tips to make sure your summer swim trip is safe and fun! 🏖️💦

🕶️ First . Avoid the scorching midday sun


While we all love the sun, UV intensity is particularly high from 12 noon to 3 pm.

Excessive sun exposure = sunburn, dehydration, and even heat stroke.
